A DOST-funded cloud-based digital library platform for researchers, higher education institutions, and academic organizations across Western Visayas.

Research communities needed secure, responsive access to digital resources and a platform that could support academic collaboration across institutions.
Solution
Served as Computer Programmer I and senior full-stack developer, leading a four-person team through architecture, database design, backend and frontend development, API integration, deployment optimization, and maintenance.
